This page sets out how we expect accounts to be opened and used, how bonuses are governed, and what happens when you ask us to pay out. It does not replace the full terms document available in your account dashboard, which takes precedence in any dispute.
You must be at least 18 years old to register at BetMica. We only accept one account per person, per household and per device. Opening duplicate accounts, whether to claim a bonus twice or to work around a deposit limit, is treated as a breach of these terms and can lead to funds being withheld pending review.
At registration you give us accurate personal details: full name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email and phone number. If any of this changes later, update it in your account settings promptly. Inaccurate details can delay verification and, by extension, delay withdrawals.
Before your first withdrawal, and at other points we consider necessary, we ask for proof of identity and proof of address. Typical documents include a passport or driving licence, plus a recent utility bill or bank statement. If you deposit by card we may also ask for a photo of the card with the middle digits obscured. Crypto deposits can require proof that the wallet belongs to you.
We support Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether (USDT), Litecoin and Revolut for deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown at the cashier in GBP and can vary by method. You can set your own deposit limits, session reminders or a cooling-off period from your account settings. Full detail sits on our Payments page.
BetMica runs a welcome package for new players plus free spins on selected slots. T&Cs apply and the complete, current wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet rules and expiry windows are published on our Bonus page and inside the promotion details in your account. This terms page does not restate those figures. What applies to every bonus without exception is this: bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal, certain games may contribute differently to that requirement or be excluded entirely, and claiming a bonus while using duplicate accounts or banned betting patterns (such as covering bets across opposite outcomes) voids any winnings.
If a conflict ever arises between a promotional page and the specific terms shown when you opt in to a bonus, the opt-in terms govern.
Withdrawals are paid to a verified account once any applicable wagering requirement is cleared and KYC is complete. Where possible, we return funds to the method you used to deposit. Crypto withdrawals are sent to the wallet address on file; card and Revolut withdrawals follow the standard processing times of those networks.
Games run on random number generation or live dealer streams supplied by providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming and NetEnt, each independently responsible for the integrity of their own titles. We do not alter game outcomes. If we identify bonus abuse, collusion, chargeback fraud or use of prohibited software, we may suspend or close the account involved and withhold related winnings pending investigation.
You can close your account at any time by contacting support, and you can set deposit limits, time-outs or self-exclusion through the tools on our Responsible Gaming page.
We update these terms from time to time to reflect new payment methods, new games or regulatory changes affecting UK players. Material changes are flagged on login. Continuing to use your account after an update counts as acceptance of the revised terms.
